In order to receive the Interliner rate each line requires proof of eligibility is submitted at booking time. We must have a copy of your VALID Airline or other valid ID when you confirm your booking. Once we have this “on file” as long as it is current and not expired, there is no need to re-submit, unless your ID is updated.

Interline Definition: sales may only be made to current and retired airline employees at Interline rates.
Parents alone do not qualify on AMA
All eligible guests may book one additional stateroom for friends & family who are traveling with them.
Stateroom Eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible above, the following would apply:
- Active and Retired Airline employees
- Parents and Parents-in-law of Active Airline Employees
* Airline employees and retirees only may book a second cabin at the Interline rate for friends and family

Eligible Family MembersThe military discount is only for US Military. The Military rates are available for the following people:
a) Military Personnel, National Guard Personnel, Reserves Personnel, U.S Coast Guard Personnel. The personnel is permitted to book TWO cabins as long a the second cabin is occupied by a member of his/her immediate family. Immediate Familly: husband, wfie, mother or father of the personnel or dependent children 21 years old and younger.
b) Immediate family members of active personnel. Eligible family members may book only ONE cabine if the personnel is NOT traveling.
c) Retired Personnel. Retired personnel may book ONE cabin. The retired personnel must be traveling in this cabin.
d) Deceased Personnel. Spouse of deceased personnel may book ONE cabin. The deceased may be active duty personnel or a retired personnel.
Note: Discharged Personnel (whether honourable or dishonourable) are not eligible.
Military Eligibility
- An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only - Retirees of scheduled passenger airlines only - Two (2) rooms or staterooms per booking for eligible airline employee (active or retired) - Airline employee MUST be a member of the traveling party
Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible.
Airline employee may be required to show proper employee identification at the port of embarkation.
Cruise Line requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of eligibility, Disney Cruise Line will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.
- Airline employees / active and retired. - Employees of Courier companies – DHL ,FED EXP etc - Employees of Air Cargo- retiree from a defunct airlines. - Parents & Parent-in-law also eligible - A 2nd second cabins for family and friends is allowed when travelling with the airline employee.

Suite Eligibility
As long as one guest in the primary suite is described as eligible above, the following would apply:
Update - each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may add up to three (3) cabins on the same sailing at the Interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required. When submitting proof of eligibility, please provide the names and booking numbers of airline/GDS employee, eligible participants and non-airline companions traveling.

Based on availability at time of booking
Hurtigruten requires proof of Interline eligibility. ID must be submitted immediately after confirmation. Without proof of eligibility, Hurtigruten will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.
If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same Interline price in a separate stateroom BUT, must be a new reservation booked inside of 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the Interline rate. All other Interline terms and conditions apply.
PAUL GAUGUIN TAHITI/POLYNESIA
The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired Interline community as listed above and apply to only 1 cabin per Eligible passenger, except that the Interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional cabin which will be confirmed at Paul Gauguin Cruises sole discretion.

As stated above, eligible participants must be employees of commercial or cargo airlines, air traffic controllers or GDS companies. Helicopter operators and private or charter airline companies are not considered commercial airlines and do not qualify for Interline rates.

To qualify as an Interline guest with Seabourn the following criteria must be met:

Terms & Conditions: Interline fares are per person based on double occupancy. Fares are in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses are additional. Single supplement is 200% of the double occupancy fare. Fares apply to new bookings only and conversion of existing bookings is prohibited. Fares are booked as guarantee Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date at the sole discretion of Seabourn. Once confirmed, fares may not be reduced in the event that a lower fare becomes available. Interline fares are limited to a maximum of two (2) Suites per eligible Interline ID, subject to availability. Proof of Interline eligibility is required; present active or retired airline employees, spouses or parents of airline employees. If proof of eligibility has not been received, Seabourn reserves the right to convert the booking to the publicly offered fare. Guests booked on Interline fares must not divulge the fare paid to other guests, cannot request Suite changes and must adhere to all dress code requirements while on board.
