Interline Definition: sales may only be made to current and retired airline employees at interline rates.

Interline Eligibility

• Employees of Domestic & International passenger airlines, currently in operation
• A second additional cabin may be booked for friends / family on "select" sailings – as long as the first cabin booked is occupied by an eligible employee/spouse. Please enquire as to 2nd cabin availability as not all sailings qualify.

Parents alone do not qualify on AMA

• Travel industry staff and Airline Employees.
• Retired Airline Employees
• Parents of the above

All eligible guests may book one additional stateroom for friends & family who are traveling with them.

1. A current employee of either a domestic or international commercial passenger or cargo airline
2. Spouse or Domestic Partner of current employee above
3. Parents and Parents-In-Law of current employee above
4. Air Traffic Controllers & GDS Employees
5. Retired employee of a commercial passenger airline, cargo carrier, ATC or GDS.
6. Widow/widowers of deceased employees/retirees with flight benefits

Stateroom Eligibility

As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible above, the following would apply:

1. All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
2. (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate.
3. A (second) additional stateroom may be booked with guests eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional staterooms is occupied by dependent children.
4. Maximum of three (3) cabins can be booked per eligible guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.

Avalon Waterways requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking.

• Employee must be employed with the airline for minimum of (6) six months prior to making the bookings and work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Temporary, on-call intern and contract employees are not eligible
• A second additional cabin may be booked for friends / family – as long as the first cabin booked is occupied by an eligible employee/spouse. A third cabin may be booked, but must be occupied by an eligible parent or dependent child. Parent(s) traveling without employee being present may only qualify for one (1) cabin.

Ineligible Guests

The following guests are not qualified to have their own stateroom at interline or military rates:
1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. FAA, Air Traffic Controllers or other government employees

• Qualifying Interline employees are permitted to book one cabin under PGI fare code and up to two additional cabins under fare code PG3 (Qualified family members of the interline employee can book one cabin at the same discounted PGI rate)
• Verification documents must be submitted for confirmed reservations within 72 hours for cruises outside two weeks prior to sailing and 24 hours for cruises within two weeks prior to sailing

Eligible Airline/Interliners can book up to three cabins total

Option 1:
1 airline/interline cabin (CPGI/CPGO), I elgibile family cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 1 non-eligible cabin (CPG3)

Option 2:
1 airline/interline cabin (CPGI/CPGO), 2 non-eligible cabins (CPG3) *

*When available on the sailing

Eligible Family Members
May book one cabin per cruise departure, per family, if the employee is NOT traveling (CPGI/CPGO)

Retired Interline Employees
May book one cabine per sailing and they must be traveling in this cabin (CPGI/CPGO)

Eligible Family Members
The military discount is only for US Military. The Military rates are available for the following people:

a) Military Personnel, National Guard Personnel, Reserves Personnel, U.S Coast Guard Personnel.
The personnel is permitted to book TWO cabins as long a the second cabin is occupied by a member of his/her immediate family.
Immediate Familly: husband, wfie, mother or father of the personnel or dependent children 21 years old and younger.

b) Immediate family members of active personnel. Eligible family members may book only ONE cabine if the personnel is NOT traveling.

c) Retired Personnel. Retired personnel may book ONE cabin. The retired personnel must be traveling in this cabin.

d) Deceased Personnel. Spouse of deceased personnel may book ONE cabin. The deceased may be active duty personnel or a retired personnel.

Note: Discharged Personnel (whether honourable or dishonourable) are not eligible.

Interline Eligibility

Military Eligibility

To qualify for a military rate, an individual must be classied as one of the following:

• Active personnel currently serving in the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserves or Canadian National Defense.
• ERetired from any of the divisions listed above. “Retired” is defined as A. enlisted personnel or officers with a minimum of 20 years of service. B Medically retired, or C. 100% disabled.

Ineligible Guests

The following guests are not qualified to have their own stateroom at interline or military rates:

1. Amtrak employees
2. Cruise line employees
3. Tour company employees
4. FAA, Air Traffic Controllers or other government employees

• Employees of FedEx, UPS, Airborne & DHL
• Airline Pilot’s Association

• Spouses & Parents may travel independently of the employee

Interline Eligibility

• Employees of Airlines who are IATA/ARC appointed
• Retired employees of airlines currently in operation
• Spouses of employee
• Parents (not In-Laws) of employee
• Spouses & Parents may travel independently of the employee

- An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only
- Retirees of scheduled passenger airlines only
- Two (2) rooms or staterooms per booking for eligible airline employee (active or retired)
- Airline employee MUST be a member of the traveling party

Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible.

Airline employee may be required to show proper employee identification at the port of embarkation.

Cruise Line requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of eligibility, Disney Cruise Line will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.

- Airline employees / active and retired.
- Employees of Courier companies – DHL ,FED EXP etc
- Employees of Air Cargo- retiree from a defunct airlines.
- Parents & Parent-in-law also eligible
- A 2nd second cabins for family and friends is allowed when travelling with the airline employee.

Eligible interline guest:

• Current employees of a domestic or international commercial passenger airline carrier.
• Current employees with a licensed travel company or hotel.
• The spouse, domestic partner, parents, parents-in-law and dependent children of an interline employee guest may book one suite if the interline employee guest is not travelling.
• Pilots who are currently employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Astar Air Cargo or United Parcel Services (UPS), are eligible to book one suite.
• Current employees with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.
• Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one suite provided the airline is still in operation (e.g. retired employees of Pan American Airways do not qualify).
• Widows/widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees with flight benefits.

Non-eligible interline guest:

• Temporary, on-call interns and contract employees
• Helicopter operators and private or charter airline company employees

Pricing

• Singles will be priced at 200% of the offered double occupancy per person Interline fare. Third/fourth berth guests will be priced at the offered double occupancy Interline fare, regardless of age.
• Once a booking is paid in full, price adjustments cannot be made even if the interline rate reduces before departure.
• Final suite assignments are at the discretion of Explora Journeys.
• Interline and other reduced non-full-fare rates will receive partial credit for the nights sailed with Explora Journeys loyalty program.
• All bookings are subject to standard cancellation policy restrictions.
• Name changes are allowed according to the general terms and conditions as long as the eligible interline guest remains on the booking.
• In instances where the interline guest must cancel from the reservation and none of the other guests are eligible, the journey fare will be reinstated at the prevailing rate without the interline value savings.

Suite Eligibility

As long as one guest in the primary suite is described as eligible above, the following would apply:

• All guests in the same suite will be eligible for the interline rate.
• One (1) additional suite may be booked with guests in that suite being eligible for the interline rate.
• A second additional suite may be booked with guests eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional suites is occupied by dependent children.

A maximum of three (3) suites can be booked per eligible guest, per journey date if the above qualifications are met.

Interline Eligibility

Update - each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may add up to three (3) cabins on the same sailing at the interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required. When submitting proof of eligibility, please provide the names and booking numbers of airline/GDS employee, eligible participants and non-airline companions traveling.

Interline Rate Eligibility:

• Active & Retired employees of IATA/ARC appointed international and regional airlines. This includes retirees of defunct airlines.
• Active & Retired Courier/cargo airlines
• FedEx employees
• UPS employees – Excluding drivers
• Charter Airlines
• Employees of GDS suppliers (Amadeus, Revelex, SABRE, etc.) when booked through and approved interline agency.
• Active-Air traffic controllers, Air Marshalls, FAA & TSA employees regardless of flight benefits.
• TripAdvisor employees, must provide copy of IATAN
• Widow(er) of active/retired employees
• Eligible family members
• Furloughed employees maintaining flight benefits

Who is not eligible for Interline rates?

• Military personnel
• Ground Crew (drivers) of DHL
• Travel professionals
• UPS drivers

Eligibility:

Hurtigruten requires proof of Interline eligibility. ID must be submitted immediately after confirmation. Without proof of eligibility, Hurtigruten will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.

Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the interline rate. All other Interline terms and conditions apply.

The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired Interline community as listed above and apply to only 1 cabin per Eligible passenger, except that the Interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional cabin which will be confirmed at Paul Gauguin Cruises sole discretion.

This program is being extended so that each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may add a second cabin on the same sailing at the interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited. Proof of eligibility is required.

Eligible participants:

• Commercial airline, cargo airline, air traffic controllers or GDS employees as defined below • Spouse of employee • Parents or parents-in-law of employee • Retired airline personnel and their spouses

If the Airline Employee is deceased, the benefits of the Interline fare are still applicable for as long as the guest can supply the appropriate verification/ID currently required.

Interline Rate Eligibility & Offer Details

To qualify as an Interline guest with Seabourn the following criteria must be met:

• Active or Retired airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
• Spouse, Parent or Parent in-law of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
• Dependent children of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
• Retired airline employee of defunct airlines.

Guests are required to provide Seabourn with proof of eligibility within a certain number of days after making their booking:

61 + days 3 days Payment can be made on an Interline booking prior to receiving proof of eligibility. Seabourn reserves the right to convert Interline booking to the publicly offered fare if eligibility is not received as listed above.
Eligibility is limited to two (2) Suites per sailing per eligible Interline ID.
Rates are valid in guarantee Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date and is done so at the sole discretion of Seabourn.

Terms & Conditions: Interline fares are per person based on double occupancy. Fares are in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses are additional. Single supplement is 200% of the double occupancy fare. Fares apply to new bookings only and conversion of existing bookings is prohibited. Fares are booked as guarantee Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date at the sole discretion of Seabourn. Once confirmed, fares may not be reduced in the event that a lower fare becomes available. Interline fares are limited to a maximum of two (2) Suites per eligible Interline ID, subject to availability. Proof of Interline eligibility is required; present active or retired airline employees, spouses or parents of airline employees. If proof of eligibility has not been received, Seabourn reserves the right to convert the booking to the publicly offered fare. Guests booked on Interline fares must not divulge the fare paid to other guests, cannot request Suite changes and must adhere to all dress code requirements while on board.
